RV/Camper Parking

Cherokee Lodge offers rates that are reasonable and economical for its visitors and members!!

YEAR ROUND RV/POPUP/CAMPER PARKING
Effective April 1, 2007
Cherokee Lodge and Resort has substantially reduced its rates for year-round parking of your RV/Popup/Camper.   That's right!   You can now become a FULL member of Cherokee Lodge and Resort AND park your unit on our grounds for a year for as low as $1,700 (lump sum payment) plus your monthly electric usage, plus electric meter charge, water charge, plus membership. If you wish to pay by the month, Monthly rentals will be based on a yearly rate of $1,800 plus electric, plus electric meter charge, plus water, and membership. If paid monthly and divided into 12 equal payments the cost will be $2,376.19 ($150 per month for the lot plus $48.02 for membership and tax).  Cost of electric usage will be added.   For these rates to apply, you will be required to sign a minimum of a one-year lease.    Please note:  This reduced rate is for parking a unit which you will use on an intermittent basis. 

 It does not apply to units which are a primary residence.

General Payment Terms:

  1. All leases are for a one year term. (Cherokee Lodge and resort is open all year. Some amenities will not be available during the winter months.)
  2. There are two payment options available:
        A.  Lump sum payment:  $1,700   This amount covers your site rental. FULL Cherokee membership is additional.
        B. If paid monthly payment: $150 per month for site.  This amount covers your site rental only. FULL Cherokee membership for one year paid monthly is $48.02 plus tax..  Payments must be received no later than the 15th day of each month, or a late fee will be added.
  3. Owners will be billed separately for monthly electric usage and electric meter charge.  Monthly water will be added May through November for those who do not have year round water.
  4. Owners will be responsible for winterization of their unit.
  5. Owners must be full members of Cherokee Lodge and Resort in good standing.
  6. Units may not be primary residence!!!!!
